After Funk has been causing a ruckus on the Ontario music scene with their unique sound and infectiously fun shows since their inception in March of 2011. The Toronto based power-funk group consists of Yanick Allwood (keyboards & vocals), Jaime Rosenberg (drums), Justin Bontje (bass) and Phil Tessis (guitar) who are frequently joined by a horn section and other collaborators.
The New Daze is a band from Syracuse, New York that creates a space for audience members and listeners to bask in the glory of Electric Boogified-Rage-Reggaefunk Crunch Goop that is only otherwise available in the depths of outer-space. They come out on stage often with their “Uncle” who is a giant inflatable Zebra and they journey through time and space with their jams. Get to a live show to understand.
